- add GREEN_API_WIDGET_DOMAIN env for ChatGPT Apps widget origin
- enrich MCP tool metadata: human-readable titles, idempotentHint for read-only tools, OpenAI-style annotations, descriptions, docs hooks
- expose docs and resources for tool discovery; add tools metadata tests
- widget CSP connectDomains derived from GREEN_API_URL
- update QR widget template for ChatGPT Apps compatibility
- clamp count/minutes in chat-history and recent-messages tools
