The variant-select in its multi-tag mode on Variant Group submit/revise forms was failing cache lookups for the new Variant subtypes. This PR refactors entity-tag's cache query logic and updates the entity-tag-popover module handle the new subtyptes. I also moved entity-tag's type declarations & some functions into their own files, which accounts for a number of updates in various files which had to update their imports.
