Describe the bug
In MediEvil, severe GPU/VRAM corruption occurs in PCSX-Redux on Linux.
- Intro graveyard scene: spider model is torn/broken (vertices and polygons are corrupted) -- even with textures completely disabled
- Level select map: completely purple screen + visible grid in VRAM Viewer
- After visiting the level select map, corruption spreads -- previously working levels (e.g. “Dan’s Crypt”) also become solid purple (sound and controls still work)
- Options from the "Options" section don't change the behavior
Expected behavior
All scenes (intro spider, level select map, and all levels) should render correctly without VRAM corruption or broken geometry.
Steps to reproduce the bug
- Launch MediEvil
- Wait until the title scene
- Pass the "Dan's Crypt" level
- Go to the map
