Create the initial Events collection

the events collection should store events objects, each one corresponding to a single event as created by the landing page.

these events should be identified by the id that goes in the url which users use to respond to event surveys.

events consists of a series of sections that tell the app which time sections are available for users to respond within. the event's name, and a list of emails to send invites to.
