We're using the latest version of the open source server (v5.35.3) and agent (v6.24) components.
It seems that turning off "Manage screen timeout" on the configuration profile does not actually disable the restriction on Android. Android's settings app still reports that the setting is managed by the work policy, and that it cannot be changed by the user.
Furthermore, disabling restrictions on the device itself by using the admin menu + password also does not seem to disable the screen timeout restriction.
I can confirm that configuration profile changes sync to the device as expected.
We have Android 10 and Android 14 devices. It seems to be the case on both.
Any ideas around what I can try or do differently?
