Pull Request Summary
Fixed the inability to click see more when quick view is opened up as the card disappears by the time the user is able to reach the see more button. Added a buffer and stays open when user's cursor is on the pop up.
Modifications
RecipeSeeMorePopover --> enables the popover to stay open for longer
