The allow scripts to run for trusted appears to be auto-enabled and disabled, but opening a trusted site does not run scripts compared to if I change default permission to allow scripts, they work fine.
If this is not actually the case, then NoScript is failing to list sites in the interface that are affected at times, since I can only get scripts to run on some sites only by setting default permission to allow them or disabling noscript for a tab. Using the set all temporarily to trusted is not sufficient to get those sites working.
I unfortunately do not have examples of such sites at the moment, though I think bluesky was one of them.
