Leads

• Before meetings check all issues in the
  • Questions/Clarifications column with the ready for design lead label
  • New Issue Approval column with the ready for design lead label
  • Questions/Clarification column with the role: ui/ux designer but missing any ready for or the waiting on stakeholder label
• Attend meetings
  • TDM Stakeholder (Every other Tuesday at 4:00 PM)
  • TDM Post Stakeholder Planning (Every other Tuesday at 5:00 PM)
  • TDM Design (Wednesdays at 6:00 PM)
  • TDM All (Wednesdays at 7:00 PM)
  • TDM Prep (Thursdays at 1:00 PM)
• Translate meeting notes into tasks
• Turn tasks into issues
• Review designs
• Assign QA issues
• Track and request updates on design issues
• Answer design related questions
• Write wikis (when needed)
• Onboarding and offboarding

Designers

• Attend meetings
  • TDM Design (Wednesdays at 6:00 PM)
  • TDM All (Wednesdays at 7:00 PM)
• Complete design issues
  • Follow the Issue Workflow
• Complete QA tasks
