Update Civic Tech Structure in Make a Donation Section

Overview

We need to update the Civic Tech Structure text in the Make a Donation section from Civic Tech Structure to Civic Tech Structure, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to make the page consistent with the industry standard.

Action Items

• In your IDE, under the _includes directory, open the /donation/donate-gif-text.html
• Correct the CTS text from "Civic Tech Structure" to "Civic Tech Structure, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization", so

      <p>Hack for LA takes donations through Civic Tech Structure.</p>

• Using Docker, in both desktop and mobile views, check the following:
