Disconnect repo as fork

Now that @SpaceCowboy326 has been updating https://github.com/SpaceCowboy326/open_data_gvl and the two codebases have almost completely diverged, I would like to update the Readme to still mention that it was previously inspired by that project, but then update the repository settings to disconnect the fork so that we no longer have this enticing button that would pull unrelated changes into the project:

In addition, when creating a branch, this will automatically suggest to create a PR in SpaceCowboy326's repository with changes that would completely replace the entire project, which is very suboptimal (I would definitely never do this by accident). I've created a PR that updates the readme. In addition, we can delete a lot of the unused branches, such as master and static-demo, as well as change the name to something like hackgvl/map for brevity

Hi @oliviasculley. Looks like dependabot somehow got turned on for that repository and made a commit recently. Certainly feel free to disconnect the repositories - if there's anything I can do to help let me know. I appreciate the mention but please don't feel like you need to include it, it's certainly your own project!

@SpaceCowboy326 I totally stole the idea from you so it feels wrong to not link it 😄
If you want to keep the old repo frozen, you can convert it to a public archive in the settings, and that will give a bit of an indication to people that it's not actively maintained. I think you can unfreeze it easily as well
