Hosted legacy binaries not working

The legacy CTF challenge binaries (exercise#_legacy_black.bin), hosted on https://mini.usbc.tf/, do not work when programmed onto the Digispark dev board. After programming the board, computer shows device descriptor read errors when attempting to communicate with the USB device. The _legacy_black.bin and _blue.bin binaries also have the same hash on the website which is not expected.

The exercise1.bin, within this repository, does work and has a different hash than the exercise1_legacy_black.bin file that is hosted on the website.
