doc: update tinywiibackupmanager windows tab (#191)
* doc: tinywiibackupmanager now supports windows xp+ * doc: add direct download to tinywiibackupmanagerinstaller * doc: add tinywiibackupmanager link to windows tab * typo * remove twbmi-download image * update twbm info. removed TinyWiiBackupManagerInstaller now that the twbm download options are fewer and more clear * Update backups.md
