Description
This adds instructions for using NUSGet to get IOS wads for the vWii, this is useful for installing the cIOS on the vWii without an Internet connection. These instructions were tested on my own Wii U and I can confirm personally this worked, but further testing as well as feedback regarding the wording is welcomed.
