This PR try to address #154 by adding iOS support.
To do that, I've moved some dependencies to a KMP version: AST parser and image loading. I've tested with the current examples plus a new ios-sample app and in a new app I'm building that render a lot of Markdown and so far is doing great (but it need more testing to be sure).
Feedback and testers are welcome. Code was generated a mix of "MiMo 2.5" and handcrafted, so it may have some things to improve, specially the gradle parts since it changed a lot since my last KMP project so not sure if it's 100% right.
