require() of ES Module ... not supported when using ember-cli-addon-docs

With version 2.2.0 of this addon I'm getting following error: require() of ES Module ... not supported. Instead change the require of index.js in null to a dynamic import() which is available in all CommonJS modules when using ember-cli-addon-docs. When I downgrade to 2.1.0 this problem goes away.

Reproduction

1. Checkout this branch of this repo
2. Setup:

cd ember-leaflet
pnpm install

3. Run the ember-cli-addon-docs app:

cd docs
pnpm start

4. See error:

> ember serve

require() of ES Module /Users/michal/ember/ember-leaflet/node_modules/.pnpm/@handlebars+parser@2.2.0/node_modules/@handlebars/parser/dist/cjs/index.js not supported.
Instead change the require of index.js in null to a dynamic import() which is available in all CommonJS modules.

Hmm this made ember-cli-addon-docs itself sad based on a PR for markdown: ember-learn/ember-cli-addon-docs#1667

Seems like I'm not the only one who got bitten by this: ember-intl/ember-intl@d8c9e5a

Just to not lose it: this is the oririnal branch that has some cool goodies like having esm/cjs configs. But for the sake of simplicity I'm going to raise a PR from the simple PR. If anyone feels like the goodies are good enough, let me know.
