This seems to be a destructive edit of an existing human supplied translation.

CrowdIn still appears to be modifying existing translations in these PRs. This cause of this will need to be resolved before allowing any of these PRs are accepted.

Why is CrowdIn editing existing translations? Is there some way to prevent this behaviour?
