Description

Multiprocessing cleanups, and move the LDF reading code into ldddecode/utils.py directly.

Motivation

Improved performance.

Changes Made

• Multiprocessing cleanups
  • Truely (?) fixes ld-decode tbc/efm from lds and ldf is not consistent #815 by fixing a bad lock.
• Replaces use of ld-ldf-reader with integrated ReadLDF code in utils.py
• Removes bad numba concatenate.

• All existing tests pass (pytest --output-on-failure)

Probably the last work I'll do before the new multiprocessing scheme and new output formats.... i.e. the final 7.x.x work planned.
