I've tried to follow the "kind" [example](https://github.com/haproxytech/haproxy-unified-gateway/blob/fba8139c3d4c145f12e4900244614a9c2bedb402/taskfile/kind.yml#L104) and controller config points to the [latest](https://github.com/haproxytech/haproxy-unified-gateway/blob/fba8139c3d4c145f12e4900244614a9c2bedb402/example/deploy/hug/controller.yaml#L23) image tag. But there is none at https://hub.docker.com/r/haproxytech/haproxy-unified-gateway/tags. So the pull fails.
