Add Agentizer to Development & Workflow

Agentizer transforms any website into an AI-powered agentfront —
crawls the brand, generates a split-pane Next.js app with embedded
MCP, real CDN imagery, voice (OpenAI Realtime), and a one-command
deploy to `{brand}.codiris.app`.

Works as a Codex skill, Claude Code skill, Cursor rule, or standalone
CLI (`npx github:Humiris/wwa-transform <url>`).
