[WIP] Boundary TF Provider updates

This is a PR for the AWS reference architecture which introduces some changes to the following:

• Terraform fmt was run cleaning up the TF code
• Nit: updated gitignore for .terraform directory
• Changed random_pet to random_string as I ran up against a name length limitation with aws_lb resource
• Minor AWS resource updates with the newer provider version (aws_db_instance naming)
• Minor Boundary resource changes to support boundary_..._static host bits, changing from boundary_account to boundary_account_password explicitly
• Bumping provider version to v1.0.7

Currently, the 1.0.7 version of the Boundary Terraform provider seems to be broken, AWS KMS recovery key first time auth does not work. hashicorp/terraform-provider-boundary#209
