README: Qualify "current core team" with a date

This information could be correct but feels a bit improbable.

Could the information be qualified with a date, like "since" for each member and "last updated" for the whole information?

I believe I am on the team, but I'm not even sure who's on the team.

My guess would be:

• Davean (Hackage, Hardware, General Wizardry)
• Gershom (Hackage, Mailing lists)
• Magnus @MangoIV (GitLab and its runners)
• Bryan @chreekat (Stackage.org and its automation)
• Jose @jmct (HF executive director, coordinator)

Note that most responsibilities are shared; I've just highlighted the main areas of effort.
Special mention is Ben @bgamari, who was until recently quite active in all areas, but has shed a lot of his responsibilities now.

TBH, I didn't even know this repo existed. Or the haskell-infa org. At least 2/3s of the "popular repositories" for this org are archived or unused.
