How to backup all with version 0.7?

With version 0.6 there was the command backup-all-to-dir, but it does not exist with 0.7. What is the preferred way of backing up everything with 0.7?

There are the following options for now:

1. Use backup script to backup all workspace data:
   backup <backup_folder> <workspace-url-or-id>
2. Backup the whole cockroachdb cluster
   Example to store backup in s3 storage:

cockroach sql \
  --url 'postgresql://root@localhost:26257?sslmode=disable' \
  --execute="BACKUP INTO 's3://my-backups/cockroach?AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID=...&AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY=...';"

Example to store backup in node node filesystem:

cockroach sql \
  --url 'postgresql://root@localhost:26257?sslmode=disable' \
  --execute="BACKUP INTO 'nodelocal://1/full-cluster-backup';"

Interesting.
So backing up the coackroach db is enough? What about the ElasticSearch and RedPanda ones?
