[Bug] SigScanner cache randomly corrupts

Sometimes the cache file will get corrupted, causing certain signatures to always return 0.

Temporary fix is to remove the corrupted cache file in %LOCALAPPDATA%\NeverFinishAnything\CommonLoader\.storage.
