System Logs/Change Tracker caused error: Not found GetAll method

I am getting errors below when I tried/clicked on "System Logs/Change Tracker":

InvalidOperationException: The view 'GetAll' was not found. The following locations were searched:
/Areas/Tracker/Views/Log/GetAll.cshtml
/Areas/Tracker/Views/Shared/GetAll.cshtml
/Views/Shared/GetAll.cshtml

Your help, assistance on this issue should be greatly appreciated.
