Make matching service resolution lazy inside the match endpoint to avoid pre-handler stalls, add requirement-aware candidate prefiltering plus progress/early-stop controls, and keep matching latency bounded on large payloads without disabling NLP. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
