Change elements «Flere alternativer», «Flere alternativer med åpent svar» og «Predefinerte alternativer»

Replace «Flere alternativer», «Flere alternativer med åpent svar» og «Predefinerte alternativer» with two new elements: «Enkeltvalg» og «Flervalg».

Enkeltvalg will cover option buttons and drop down
Flervalg is checkboxes

In both options you will have an option to use predefined answers and an option to include an open answer.

This is many changes, I have tried to make a draft on how it can be presented in the attached document. The fields with a star will only be displayed when turned on (turn off and hidden as default)

Let me know if you want to go through this in a short meeting, there might be better ways to solve this than in my draft :)
