Build not currently working (npm -i)

Hi Guys,

trying to try out the software and the build fails on a dead link dependency.

npm ERR! errno ENOTFOUND
npm ERR! network request to https://artifactory.in.here.com/artifactory/api/npm/here-node/yallist/-/yallist-2.1.2.tgz failed, reason: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND artifactory.in.here.com

looks like the artifactory.in.here.com domain is down, can this be changed?

I fixed this to build by replacing:

https://artifactory.in.here.com

with

https://repo.platform.here.com

in the package-lock.json file
