Description
A PM skill for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Windsurf that enables your AI coding tool to act as a product manager. It covers 32 SaaS metrics, PRD critique, roadmap planning, discovery, and career coaching across 7 knowledge modules and 12 ready-to-use templates. No runtime execution, no external calls, just plain Markdown that works out of the box.
Validate Claims
Install the skill and ask Claude: "We have 5000 MRR, 200 new customers last month, 15 churned. What's our quick ratio and what does it tell us?" Claude should calculate the Quick Ratio, flag whether growth is healthy, and recommend next actions based on the SaaS health framework in the skill.
