Description

Enhanced statusline for Claude Code with rolling 7-day and 30-day cost tracking,
usage limit monitoring (5-hour and 7-day utilization with color coding), and optional
ccclub leaderboard integration. Calculates costs locally from transcript files with
zero npm dependencies — no data uploaded, no external tools required.

Validate Claims

Install with npm i -g cc-costline && cc-costline install, then open a new
Claude Code session. The statusline immediately shows session cost, rolling
totals, and usage limits. Run cc-costline refresh to manually recalculate
if needed. Uninstall cleanly with cc-costline uninstall.

Specific Task(s)

After installing, start a Claude Code session and observe the statusline.
It should show token count, session cost, context usage percentage, the
active model name, and your rolling period cost. If you have ccclub installed,
your leaderboard rank also appears.

Specific Prompt(s)

No prompt needed — cc-costline runs passively in the statusline. Just start
any Claude Code session after installation and the enhanced statusline is
visible immediately. Try cc-costline config --period 7d to switch between
7-day and 30-day views.

Additional Comments

cc-costline also integrates Claude's OAuth usage limits (reads credentials
from macOS Keychain automatically after claude login) and the ccclub
leaderboard (if installed). Both integrations are zero-config — if not
available, the corresponding segment is silently omitted.
