The prod-spec resync added the batch and template command groups but no
examples, failing TestAllGeneratedCommandsHaveExamples. Add curated
examples (codegen/examples/{batch,template}.yaml) and --human columns for
'batch statuses list' and 'template list'. gen/ regenerated from the same
spec, so this is additive over the bot's resync.
