Language Pack Editor allows you to test the localization you created on your computer. In order to do it, you need to compile the language pack. Use the Find » Compile… command to bring up the following dialog:

Select the language you want to compile and resulting file storage location. If you have Hex Editor Neo installed, use the option "Installed copy of Hex Editor Neo". After you compile, just run Hex Editor Neo and change its user interface.
