Without tailscale?

Is it possible to run without tailscale?

My pangolin is on a remote vps, and i have a local newt so i can access it from home lan

You can run with any vpn of your choice but it's rather recommended to use a different vpn as a backup route to manage pangolin because if pangolin goes down you will get locked up and a separate vpn will give you a backdoor to debug the situation.

i mean, i have another reverse proxy for lan only, and that one has tailscale, but my vps with pangolin for the public ipv4 does not have tailscale.

You can use any sidecar of your choice, wg , tailscale, newt etc

I added this to my pangolin docker compose.
Seems it starts and run on the vps. But i dont know how to access this from my lan
My lan server has a newt on the server, pangolin on the vps
