Captcha Protection -Failed to apply configuration

I am trying to configure Captcha Protection in Crowdsec-Manager
I manually configured it and it works, but when I try to configure and apply in GUI it shows me "Failed to apply configuration" notification.
Nothing in logs, even after setting logging to Debug.
HTML file gets created. Turnstile keys are being added to traefik dynamic config.
In [Detect] shows all checked apart from (!) docker compose. How should it be configured?

Here is my docker-compose.yml section:

traefik container will be write protected. captcha need to write html file to traefik.

Maybe I am not getting it right - let me clarify
My pangolin config (including traefik) is on ./config
Crowdsec-Manager service in docker compose maps ./config:/app/config
When I click [Apply Now] I can see it creates captcha.html file

# docker exec traefik ls /etc/traefik/conf

I can also see that it is updating traefik dynamic_config.yml in /app/config/traefik/dynamic_config.yml with keys

Still shows red (!) in Verify Tab next to Provider Configured and Fully Implemented, and green checks next to "HTML Challenge Page" and "Traefik Config"
It does not restart Traefik container, could that be the problem?
