Can't import X-UI to HiddifyManager

Hello,

I'm using the latest version of Hiddify-Manager 10.70.7, running on a Ubuntu 22.04 server.

I can't import my X-UI database to HiddifyManager. I followed the instructions here https://hiddify.com/manager/configuration-and-advanced-settings/how-to-import-xui-to-hiddifymanager/, but when I hit Enter, it shows "hiddifypanel: command not found".

What should I do?

please first go to root the excute the command

root@root:/opt/hiddify-manager/hiddify-panel# cd /opt/hiddify-manager/hiddify-panel/&&sudo hiddifypanel xui-importer -x /etc/x-ui/x-ui.db sudo: hiddifypanel: command not found

I'm running as root. I tested to put sudo before hiddifypanel but still same.

1.Rebuild server to Ubuntu 22.04
2.install latest version of Hiddify panel
3.Do NOT config anything on your Hiddify panel
4.place the x-ui.db in the root folder

5.make sure you are in the root , then run this command:
cd /opt/hiddify-manager/hiddify-panel/&&hiddifypanel xui-importer -x </root/x-ui.db>

if error persisted ⇾ please try it on another server and use another x-ui.db file just for testing purpose and see if you counter same error

I tried this on several servers, with different x-ui.db file. It's not the problem of the x-ui.db file, because it is showing hiddifypanel: command not found. I'm assuming the hiddifypanel service on the server is not configured correctly. But I tried so many server and the result is still same. The system status showing hiddify-panel is active.

By the way, I tried to send a message on https://t.me/hiddify_board, but it blocked me...

well either the db file or server have problem cause I try it now there was no error

Do I need to keep the < > mark in the command line? I tried both, keep it and remove it, same result.

I found hiddify-panel.service in the /opt/hiddify-manager/hiddify-panel/ folder, tried to run hiddify-panel instead of hiddifypanel but the issue still persisted.

/opt/hiddify-manager/.venv/bin/python -m hiddifypanel xui-importer -x /etc/x-ui/x-ui.db
I did some digging inside and found that hiddifypanel is a python package, but due to the fact that it is installed in venv, it cannot be detected by the system.
This command works as it should.
