Telegram bot not working

Bug:

Description: Telegram bot does not work, token indicated correct. Bot does not respond to /start command, saw a telegram in logs - mtg: error: cannot init config: cannot read config file: open /opt/hiddify-manager/other/telegram/tgo/mtg.toml: permission denied

I gave access to this file for everyone, but still he can’t interact with it

1. Download the backup config file.
2. Edit the backup config file with some text editor to replace "telegram_id":null to "telegram_id":"YOURTELEGRAMID"
3. Restore the backup file.

Note: User management via telegram bot doesn't work. This only working is sending the backup config files from your telegram bot.
