Title: fix: resolve API docs crash on Python 3.13 by switching to marshmallow schemas
Proposed Changes:
To fix the schema generation failure in Python 3.13, we need to bypass the APIFlask wrapper for schema definitions and use marshmallow directly.

• Schema Refactoring: Change imports from apiflask to marshmallow in:
• .../restapi/v2/parent/schema.py
• .../restapi/v2/child/actions.py
• Decorator Hotfix: Comment out the @app.output decorator in admin_log_api.py (line 18) to prevent the Swagger parser from crashing on the list[fields.String] nested type, which is currently incompatible with the 3.13 runtime in this context.
  Expected Result:
  The Admin Panel remains stable, and Swagger UI becomes accessible again.
