How to publish?

Hello. It was a long time I did not update this repository. There were a number of changes needed to be added. Please can you help me to understand because I cannot see any instruction how to do that.

I have applied changes to a source file and tested in in developer tool. everything is nice.

1. Now do I build minified version? If there a special command line tool?
2. How do I publish new version? Should I make a new Tag for that or just update package.json?
3. Should I upload it to npm or it will get there automatically?
