Add data broker for US equity

• Fetch
• Gather
• Store

to add a new data broker for US equities.

Update the following dashboards to ensure they work with newer data broker :

• Data Utils dashboard
• Strategy backtest dashboard
• Strategy deployment dashboard

Hi @hardiksingh5864 , thanks for picking this up - I've assigned the issue let me know if you need more context on how to add support for a data broker into the pipeline.

An overview of how things work currently (you can refer data\store\crypto_binance.py: def store_crypto_binance and work backwards from there) :

• a store call defines the timeframe, data points , data broker specific kwargs to pass them into a gather function
• gather function calls a fetch function in a multi-threaded environment for each individual symbol
• fetch function is where your data broker specific part comes in - rest of the functions like gather and store will stay more or less the same.

Make sure of the following things when implementing a fetch function :

• the dataframe must have the following columns :
  ['timestamp', 'open', 'high', 'low', 'close', 'volume']
• where timestamp must be : '%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S'
