Add an option to overwrite the old videos with the newly converted ones

Right now, the script creates a folder with the converted files and the user has to manually replaced them.

Maybe we should add an option to let the user overwrite the videos, at their own risk.
Or even better, overwrite the videos and still keep the old ones in a backup folder.
