stdio server API

As I can see, for now stdio is supported only for client side API.
Are there any plans to add stdio support for server side API?

I want to create a local mcp server and use it in cline. Cline supports SSE servers, but in this case I need to start/stop it somehow by myself. For stdio star/stop of a server can be done straightforward with cline.

@ArcsinX If you just want to stop the connection, leave the session alone and the server will dispatch when time out. Or you can implement special tools to start/stop some tasks, or add handler for notifications/cancelled(https://modelcontextprotocol.io/specification/2025-03-26/basic/utilities/cancellation). In this case, stdio is replaceable. Hope this helps in the meantime while we work on stdio server support!

Hey @ArcsinX and @hkr04, I was building a MCP server using the library and once I built it realized it was SSE haha.

But, I used this tool which acts as a bridge. It worked on Claude Desktop too :)
