Without this mapping, the rd-location-ref-api /orgServices lookup for serviceCode=AAA3 returns a response with null ccd_service_name and an empty ccd_case_types list, because LrdOrgInfoServiceResponse derives both fields from service_to_ccd_case_type_assoc. Consumers (e.g. ccpay-payment-app) rely on ccd_service_name being populated for downstream callback routing.
