Change description

  • Add an NVD api key to the repo to speed up tests

Upgrade the project to Gradle 9 and fix tests

  • Upgrade to Gradle 9
  • Upgrade to Groovy 4 and fix tests
  • Update dependency-check integration tests for the new output format
  • Address Gradle deprecation warnings
  • Update project dependencies
  • Remove publishing to gradle plugin portal
