Cast indices to Int for Nemo matrix ops

- Use Int(r) in HomalgIdentityMatrix to match Nemo API.
- Convert row/column index vectors to Int in CertainColumns and CertainRows to avoid method errors with non-Int indices.

Bump version of MatricesForHomalg to V0.1.5
