Actual settings menu?

Sorry for the stupid question but I don't really know where else to ask. So is there an actual setting menu where you can configure logic and shortcuts or is it accessible only through source code editing? I've installed the plugin through OrangeMonkey Pro and I only can either click "Edit" which leads me to source code or click name of the plagun which leads me to https://pv.hoothin.com/ which has all the explanation.
So can I access setting without changing my script manager like maybe a link I can just click on?
If not how do I invert script activation so it would be always turned on when I hover and image and turn off when I hold CTRL (by editing source code)?
