Build Model cards automatically from the metadata submitted

We need a ci or method to build model card for each , it would be optional if not supplied we would build one from the existing model metadata coming from stac mlm item ! Metadata json would be too overwhelming for someone to understand the model it should be kept under the hood and exposed to developers and api fetchers however for people to easily understand a model card should be built accordingly to current state of the art ! Stac mlm should include compulsory items for explainable AI practice

Hugging face has model cards https://huggingface.co/docs/hub/model-cards , one more reference to ramp model card : https://rampml.global/ramp-model-card/ , google also has some intiation about model card : https://modelcards.withgoogle.com/ ! we would need to find more alternatives what people use in open source eco system !

A GeoAI model card has two parts:

Part	Format	Role
Metadata	YAML block at top of Markdown	Machine-readable fields for discovery, filters, and STAC/MLM alignment.
Narrative	Markdown sections below YAML	Human-readable description, usage, limitations, training, evaluation.
