The Kontur OpenAerialMap Mosaic (OpenAerialMapMosaic) imagery source no longer exists, its tile endpoint (https://apps.kontur.io/raster-tiler/oam/mosaic/) is defunct. This removes it from the background layer menu in the embedded iD editor.
