Added conda section

Here is a basic section on why it is not recommended to use conda. I would still like to add the following:

• If you must use conda, what are the best practices (e.g. don't use modules at all)
• A simple example of something that goes wrong
  • It seems like loading a module alongside a conda environment overrides the python of conda with the python of the module
