Fix header to be older version

The application has a new header that was added, let's go back to the onld one. Make sure to keep the toggle theme but just make the header look like what is was before. Make sure remove the Course Materials Assistant header, Remove the subheader around ask questions about coureses, instructors, and content Remove the horizontal row below the subheader.
