Replacing workspace:^ with a fixed version breaks the monorepo's internal dependency management. This plugin should use the local version of @backstage/core-components to ensure it stays in sync with the rest of the repository. Additionally, version 0.1.0 is significantly older than the current workspace version (0.13.4-next.0).

Similar to the change above, replacing workspace:^ with a fixed version for @backstage/theme breaks the monorepo structure. It should continue to use the workspace: protocol to link to the local package version (0.4.1).
