This pull request adds new resources to the Ultimate Python repository to help learners expand their Python skills:

Added:

Machine Learning & Data Science – Curated GitHub repositories to learn ML and Data Science effectively.

Interactive Practice – Added a website for hands-on Python practice.

Full Stack Python – New section with a website to learn full stack development using Python.

These additions aim to provide more structured learning paths for beginners and intermediate learners.
